resepi cheesecake

assalamualaikum wbkth ..atas permintaan ramai..sy letak resepi cheesecake utk tatapan semua..semoga dpt memberi idea utk juadah berbuka puasa =)

ingredients
5 eggs
2 phil cheese
250g castor sugar
1tbs flour
1pinch salt
half block butter
1 large pack chipsmore large
half cup juice
1 cup yogurt
strawberry jam

BASE
line tin with butter
crunch cookies
add melted butter
spread onto tin
chilled

FILLING
beat 4 egg whites till fluffy.set aside
beat cheese with sugar
add in egg yolk+salt
add in whole egg
add in juice+yogurt+flour
add in egg whites

spoon onto base
bake 50minutes,150 degree Celcius

spread jam on top of the cake before serve..
